LOCATION FOUND
WINTER GARDEN, MADIGAN ESTATE HOUSE
BENEATH SCATTERED DEBRIS
DATE TAGGED

DESCRIPTION
A tarnished silver pocket watch on a long chain. Clock face is cracked in three places. Inscription engraving on the back reads “J.F.M. 1867.”

NOTES
This may have belonged to Jasper Madigan, the estate head at the time of the 1918 incident. Anything I can find belonging to him or the other Madigans is worth cataloguing, considering none of their remains were ever discovered.

PARLOR “2,” MADIGAN ESTATE HOUSE

DESCRIPTION
A simple piano in excellent condition. Keys appear ivory. Includes piano bench with music compartment under the seat.

NOTES
I think this would have been used for practice rather than performance, given its location and plain appearance. Several of the keys still work, although they’re very out of tune. Documents found in the seat compartment are detailed in Document Notes.

ITEM NO 003-0
CATEGORY
HUMAN/ANIMAL REMAINS
LOCATION FOUND
WINTER GARDEN, MADIGAN ESTATE HOUSE
CENTRAL FOUNTAIN
DATE TAGGED
05-17-2020 APX 1:20 PM

DESCRIPTION
Appears to be a human finger bone, middle + distal phalanges.

NOTES
Whose finger is this?? Why is it in the fountain?? Obviously my knee-jerk reaction is that this is very spooky, but realistically it’s probably the result of an animal scavenging a corpse elsewhere and leaving the remnants of its meal here. In which case the question is: where’s the rest of this guy?
